Pre-Order Information
Most of the following recommendations are generally applicable to the entire TCG industry. Nevertheless, we would like to point out this explicitly in order to inform you optimally. Transparency is our highest priority.
1. There can always be delays in delivery during pre-sales. The reasons for this can be the high use of printing or delivery difficulties.
2. Products may be shipped no earlier than 1 day before release. If you already receive a shipping confirmation, it is because we have packed your package already, but have to wait for the shipping day.
3. Until receipt of the confirmation of shipment there is a possibility to cancel the order. Upon receipt of the mail the goods are shipped or on pallets/ in roll containers so we can no longer stop the shipment.

5. If products with different releases are combined in one order, the entire order will not be shipped until all products are available. You can contact us to receive individual products. For this, the corresponding shipping costs will be charged.
